General Planning
What kinds of events do you plan?
While weddings are part of our portfolio, they’re just one piece of the story. We plan milestone birthdays, graduation celebrations, bridal and baby showers, corporate gatherings, nonprofit galas, and everything in between. If it matters to you, it matters to us.
How far in advance should I book?
Weddings: Ideally 10–18 months ahead. Prime dates go quickly.
Social & Corporate Events: 6-12 months is ideal. For large-scale events, the more time, the better.
Do you work with different budgets?
Yes, but we specialize in elevated experiences. During your consultation, we’ll discuss your vision and tailor a planning package that fits your scope and expectations.

Do you offer “day-of” services?
We do—though we call it event management. You’ve done the legwork, and we’ll ensure it all runs like clockwork on the big day.
How is pricing structured?
We offer flat-rate packages and bespoke proposals. Investment varies by event size, scope, and complexity. Visit our [Services page] for more detail or schedule a consultation to discuss your event.
Planning Process
How often do we meet?
For full-service clients, monthly meetings are the standard. As your event approaches, we’ll meet more frequently (bi-weekly or as needed). Communication in between? Of course. We’re only ever a call or email away.
Can you work with our preferred vendors?
Absolutely. We have a vetted network of professionals we trust, but we’re happy to collaborate with your chosen team—or help you discover new talent that fits your vision.
What happens if you're unavailable on event day?
There’s always a Plan B. We maintain a trusted bench of professional planners briefed on every detail, and your event is never left uncovered.

Wedding-Specific Support
Do you help with rehearsal dinners and post-wedding brunches?
Yes—wedding weekends are our specialty. We’ll make sure every moment, from welcome cocktails to farewell brunches, feels cohesive and beautifully executed.
Can you help with destination weddings?
Yes. We offer destination planning including travel coordination, local vendor sourcing, and on-site logistics.
Do you help with wedding dress shopping?
We don’t style you, but we can absolutely connect you with top-tier boutiques, schedule fittings, and make sure your appointments are seamless.
Booking & Policies
How do I book?
First, we chat. After the consultation, we’ll send a proposal tailored to your needs. To reserve your date, a signed contract and retainer are required.
What’s your cancellation policy?
All bookings include a non-refundable retainer. Additional cancellation terms are outlined in your contract and depend on proximity to your event date.
Do you carry insurance?
Yes. We’re fully insured and happy to provide documentation for venues or vendors upon request.
